Public Schools throughout Northern VA are very highly regarded and well funded. Arlington County Public Schools are ranked among America's best with outstanding SAT and SOL scores. Home prices in Arlington County are relatively high and relocation expenses and housing costs can be more than expected for the newcomer, corporate relocation or government transferee. It is advisable for homebuyers to secure the skills of an experienced Arlington County VA real estate agent or REALTOR to assist in their relocation housing search and needs.

For Home Buyers, I will provide Arlington County VA housing information upon request including property data and Arlington MLS Listings on homes for sale including new housing developments and residential resale properties. Arlington homes for sale including single family, townhomes and condominium communities near Washington DC, inside the beltway, in the North Arlington and South Arlington neighborhoods.

Find a new home: In addition to substantial local new construction housing knowledge, I utilize the Arlington Virginia MLS & MRIS listings to search for new houses, evaluate current home values and negotiate building contracts for new home buyers of single family homes, town homes and condominiums. Arlington VA has a wide variety of real estate to choose from with condos, coops, duplexes, high rise, mid rise, garden style, town houses, row houses, detached homes, patio homes, executive estates, equestrian estates, mcmansions, farmettes and working farms. With most of the inside the beltway properties built prior to 1970 we have traditional colonials, salt boxes, ramblers, ranchers, split levels, split foyers and cape cods closer-in to Washington DC. The further out you explore for your new home the more modern the architectural designs, styles and floor plans and (typically) the newer the real estate properties.

Whenever you consider a real estate sale or real estate purchase you should familiarize yourself with the local real estate market. Of course you should be able to count on an experience real estate professional for advice and market trends. Are we in a Buyer's Market or a Seller's Market? What about the real estate boom of 2000-2005 or the Northern VA Real Estate Bubble that burst in 2006-2007? Does the market really matter? Are there always opportunities in every real estate market? As an experience real estate agent I would say "definitely YES!" As we are about to enter 2008, there is a lot of good real estate for sale in Arlington County Virginia including: residential homes for sale, new home construction, investment property and even some raw land and lots for sale. The residential resale homes market has been very stable in the more affluent Arlington VA communities. Short Sales, Pre-Foreclosures and Foreclosures have been more concentrated in lower valued single family, town home and condo neighborhoods.
